This might get better response as its own thread, since this thread is about replacing the halogen projector with either an aftermarket HID projector (eg Morimoto Mini D2S) or a HID projector from a different vehicle (eg RX350 non-AFS). I can tell you that replacing those D2S bulbs is quite easy, they just come out the back of the projector.

I just wanted to say thanks for this thread. I followed your example and did RX350s and Diode Dynamics C-lights about a year ago and it was a great upgrade.
