  1. Cable routing, there is lots of ways of doing it. If you have carpet you could tuck the speaker wires under your trim. Also you could try to fish it under the carpet across the room. Access through walls or into basement or crawl space would be an option. If you have hard floors and don't want to mess with fishing wires an area rug works great. The DIY subs are great and I would recommend a Tuba HT (google search) plans are by Bill Fitzmaurice. Reviews of this thing are crazy. One person claims more volume than you could ever need from 20hz up and noticeable volume below 20hz down to around 16 hz where you really feel whats going on in the movie on the bottom end. Also someone mentioned so much low end bass that it physically made him feel uncomfortable at high volumes in his living room. My current setup when I really get into the volume knob (I have two 12" Klipsch 800 watt subs) the subs start to fade off and leaves me wanting more bass. That's why I will be going to a DIY sub. Let me know if you need the Klipsch hook up.
  2. Finally some HT enabling I can help with... If you want some really nice mid level equipment I run Klipsh speakers. They are great quality and sound. I have a hook up that discounts them very deep. Let me know if you would be interested. Also keep in mind that there are many DIY sub kits that you could build for a few $100 that blow away most any retail subs on the market (Klipsch, SVS etc.). I know how we like to build things ourselves, that's why we are on this forum.
  3. Let's keep this game rolling. Cars: 2010 LGT Steel Silver Metallic 63k miles, 2002 WRX bugeye 221k miles for sale if someone is interested. These are the only two Subarus I have owned. Age: 33 Gender: Male Occupation: Finance Manager at the local F*** dealership. Yeah, I know four letter word. Also check out the Mustang LED fogs every time I walk past the one in our showroom. Mods: None yet, but looking to do Cobb AP and stage 1 tune, or go to new J-Pipe and Stage 2. Probably use Bren or Tuning Alliance. Next step: Ready to be enabled.
  4. I second the Southbend stg 2 daily clutch. Replaced my oem one at 53,000 miles due to slippage. Resurfaced the oem flywheel, they only had to take .003" off which is roughly a sheet a paper thickness. First replacement clutch came with some rust on the pressure plate, Southbend overnighted a whole new kit the next day. Great company to work with. I did not do the TSK kit with it. Clutch was real light until broke in (about 3,000 miles on it now) to me it feels about stock stiffness now, maybe slightly stiffer but almost unnoticeable. Not sure if anyone else had this issue but my mechanic said there were some loose bolts and a missing bolt on the old clutch when he removed it.
  5. How is the ride quality? Can it be as soft as stock? Not gonna lie kinda like the supple feel of my LGT compared to my WRX. Little extra stability would be nice tho. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
