  1. Unfortunately Crutchfield doesn’t offer anything for you because of the buttons located underneath the screen, but they do offer the harnesses you would need. You could try to get a trim piece with the storage pocket and a mounting kit for double din. The mounting Is the same for the radios.
  2. One last question if the turbo would be a half inch lower would that free up a decent amount of room? I just wanna clear up things before I order everything, and hopefully keep the tweaks to a minimum.
  3. How much did you end up clocking the turbo? I’m debating on pulling the trigger on killer b manifold and grimmspeed intake and charge pipes but I’m wondering if they’ll line up properly with the turbo rotated slightly.
  4. Do you happen to have any pics of the oil filter on. I’m throwing a ported wrx turbo with a turbosmart WGA, wondering if there will be enough space. Or I’ll end up going EWGs.
  5. Best thing I did was go to Crutchfield add your car then search the head unit you have add it to cart and you’ll get a message letting you know what else you’ll need to install the head unit to the car. You can use that as a reference and buy the parts else wher
  6. I’ve had my recirc valve blow free under boost and had similar symptoms it’s normally held by a spring clamp I replaced it with a t-clamp.
  7. I also have a set of donors from my legacy. They're drilled and cut ready for the inserts. If anyone wants to throw me any offer on them pm me.
  8. Here's a quick pic, I'll gather the ones i have of the install later
  9. Finally got around to finishing my Konis. I used wrx front struts and 1447 konis. I had the the rears machined to match the fronts. I paired them with H&R springs for the 3.6. New Konig 18x9 +42mm with a 5mm spacer and New Firestone Firehawk 255/40r18 and no fitment issues other then a slight fender rub on large dips. This has been the best ride this legacyGT has ever had!!
  10. Out of curiosity, how horrible would the ride be if Konis were intalled in wrx struts and paired with h&r springs in the front and Tein s. Techs in the rear. It should give it a level ride height but I'd imagine it would be a very unbalanced ride. I'm not doing this I'm just curious. I'm having the rear Konis machined to match the front wrx donors on h&r springs.
  11. I've ran 255s on 8.5 wheels multiple times. gives it that beefy look and haven't ran into issues before.
  12. Alright cool thanks guys, ill be ordering the h&r springs. The streets aren't bad in southern California so im sure I'll be alright with a nice drop. And has anyone made 255/40r18s fit on the new strut design? I'm wondering if 18x8.5 +37 might be enough to clear.
  13. hey Guys I'm Planning on going with the available wrx Koni setup. I have a shop That can machine a groove 3/8 lower in the rear struts to even out the ride height. I have RCEs on now but debating on going with H&Rs. This will Give about a 30mm drop on the RCEs all around or a 42mm Drop on H&Rs all around. But Could doing this have a possible negative effect on how the Springs would Ride? Possibly Bottoming out the Struts? Thanks.
