Okay yeah I’m trying to find a used one. And do I measure from the roof grooves or the door jams when it comes to making sure I have the right size?

I have a 06 legacy, wondering about the size bike rack I’ve been looking it up and even measured I’m just confused or dumb, what width should I get and I don’t have the money for a new Thule or Yakima any cheaper ones that are good and quiet? Should I get a wind screen for it? I’m super concerned about the exactly width of what I need to get also.
