  1. Hey everyone. I haven't posted in a while as I've been chatting with all the local Canadian forums/groups. If anyone wants to browse a forum for some good pics check out http://westernsubaruclub.com/smf/index.php I refreshed my wagon with some new paint and powdercoated the rims. Here are some pics http://rbpfuel.com/forumimages/small/subaru_legacy_gtb_edmonton_city_backdrop_jdm_small.jpg http://rbpfuel.com/forumimages/small/subaru_legacy_gtb_edmonton_city_center_parkade_small.jpg http://rbpfuel.com/forumimages/small/subaru_legacy_gtb_manulife_place_edmonton_small.jpg
  2. Nope, new sensor not required as it bolts on after the MAF so you can keep the stock sensor. You may want to get your MAF cleaned though -- its pretty quick and easy to do yourself. You can get MAF cleaner at Canadian Tire. I'd post a pic of the filter installed but my car is at the shop getting painted. I'll post one later for you.
  3. Swaybars and little suspension goodies I would suggest Whiteline - easy to get in Canada although lead time can be slow. There are lots of bits to get but I would start by replacing the endlinks on your front and rear bars. Makes a big difference for turn in response and understeer. Performance parts can be a bit trickier. I had an exhaust custom made for by GTB and couldn't be happier. Apexi makes a good cone filter intake - kind of expensive once shipping is factored in though (for what it is). In alberta there is a shop that can tune the car and get another 40whp out of it without any supporting mods. You should check out Western Subaru Clubs forum as they have a whole JDM section and lots of really intelligent people. Unfortunately, LegacyGT forums are a little sparse on JDM knowledge IMO.
  4. There is some comments on this above (around july I think). Not really any solid options other than Tenebe's it sounds like.
  5. Thanks for the info. I checked it out. Looks pretty good. I wonder if my bumper would cause issues since it looks like it mats up to it really well. JDM one is lower in the front i think.
  6. Hey Redcam, nice Outback. I really dig your bull bar and fog light setup. Did you have to have the bar custom made or do you have info on it? Does it mount under the bumped or though the grill vents in it? If you have a front shot that would be cool.
  7. Thanks nightfire. Its a JDM car. All body is stock. You can find wrecked versions up in canada if you are willing to pay shipping for the parts. Should be able to find up to 2000 model years right now. I just dont know how they fit a NADM version. Someone on the forum will know though.
  8. Hey everyone, I'm new here, thought i'd introduce myself & ride. This is my 1999 Legacy GT-B wagon. I call her Lagwagon. Just a couple random shots. http://rbpfuel.com/forumimages/small/lagwagn_1999_subaru_legacy_gtb_4.jpg http://rbpfuel.com/forumimages/small/lagwagn_1999_subaru_legacy_gtb_white.jpg http://rbpfuel.com/forumimages/small/lagwagn%20dirty%20garage2%2099%20legacy%20gtb%20front.jpg http://rbpfuel.com/forumimages/small/lagwagn_1999_subaru_legacy_gtb1.jpg Work in progress. Look forward to getting to know some of you on the forum.
  9. Hey everyone, new to the forum. Thought I'd share my wagon. I call her lagwagon because turbos... She's a 1999 Legacy GT-B. Brought her to Canada last year. Mostly unmolested, but that's a work in progress to make it not the case. http://rbpfuel.com/forumimages/small/lagwagn_1999_subaru_legacy_gtb_4.jpg http://rbpfuel.com/forumimages/small/lagwagn_1999_subaru_legacy_gtb_white.jpg
