  1. No, the OEM fan housing is used and bolt weren't trimmed. Here is a picture showing the concern others had mentioned about the bolt touching the charge pipe. It is poking in maybe 1 mm into the side of the silicon but I can understand how trimming the end of this bolt would make this easier. I looked into a Mishimoto slim fan shroud but decided to not proceed until trying without and it was successful so I saved myself several hundred more dollars. Also these are still available from the AVO US online retailer, wpdusa.com for $328, but you can choose your color =)
  2. I'm using the AVO CP w/o issue if you're looking for another option if this one isn't available I would look to that.
  3. Also went to rallysportdirect for Invidia catted DP. There was a crack that occurred but was resolved with some welding and I'm still happy. Very low to non-existent gas smell with this downpipe too.
  4. Got my car ready for some work in the shop. I lowered it about an inch from it's winter height on the Feal 441 coilovers. Performed the every 6 months wheel cleaning. Brake dust be gone.
  5. Got a good wash in on the wheels and car after installing the primitive mid armor plate today. Feal 441 coilovers H&R springs / stock struts What prompted the coilover purchase: high centered on some heavy snow = ripped under carriage protector. Hooray adjustable ride height! Previous owner had plastidipped wheels, just wasn't a fan.
  6. Checked torque on suspension bolts, installed primitive trans armor plate, washed wheels and car. @humble rumble I'm running hawk 5.0's as well and have the same as Timothy.B. Check the dust shield for clearance. You may just need to bend it back a little bit.
  7. Thanks, I don't know how none and some rear toe changes things, will have read up and ask them to zero it out next time. Also I got an alignment at a different shop between these 2 that mainly focuses on subarus that had set no rear toe.
  8. Got an alignment for my recently installed Feal 441 coilovers. Alignment on coilovers Alignment on Swift springs
  9. Yes, worth it. Catted because your car will smell like exhaust fumes on most non-catted exhaust. No anecdotal experience on the 5th gen though.
