I would never suggest to block traffic. There is absolutely no way I could have blocked a busy intersection just to take a picture. Not with the way that most drivers are in my area at least.

I've looked this thread up and down as much as I can I didn't see anything along those lines. Forgive me if I'm wrong I'll think of something else.

Got this one last minute felt like an idiot i took my camera with me but forgot my sd card at home saved myself with my phone camera i hope this is visible i had a terrible time uploading this one. its not the quality shot that i was going to get but hopefully this will save my challenge.
