  1. if you do have an issue, you will see the interval between the oil lighting up to shorten. I went from 8000km, then 7000km, and eventually 6000km. All monitored by my dealer. Do not add oil in between, as it will ''cheat'' the results.
  2. it,s not just about the OAL. Check the splines and the size of the shafts going in/out.
  3. Update from my situation. I wass told that i needed 2 oil light in between 2 oil change to have my warranty case ''registered''. I went from doing 8000 km to 6000 in the last 30 000, but it light up yesterday for the second time in-between 2. This means that the car took about 2.5 liters in 10 000km. So at 40 000km as of today, I'm waiting for a new short block under warranty...
  4. it's written 5x100 on the rim by looking at the pic. The other 5 holes (which are maybe in 114) are not supposed to be used for wheels studs/bolts.
  5. yep, i know, and my dealer too. Even if it's ''within specs'', this is not normal, and will only get worse overtime with regular wera. Very dissapointed in Subaru's engines since them making the switch to 0-20W. We are on the 3rd engine in my wife's Impreza (less than 40 000km, all under warranty), and if I start too to have oil issue, they will probably lose 2 customers.
  6. 2.5I 2015 Odometer: around 17 000km First engine light oil level low: around 8000 km First oil change: 10 500 km Second engine light oil level low: 16 000 km driving style : easy Lifetime mpg or L/100 km: i'd say around 8.5/9L/100
