  1. Interesting. I just restored the infotainment system, but it’s only good for 3 songs and happens again. Let me try it with my old galaxy note 8.
  2. 2018 3.6R have any owner experienced laggy or slow bluetooth connections? I have bad bluetooth connection to my iPhone 11 pro. Its laggy and sounds like playing a scratchy CD back to my collage days. I have no problem with my bluetooth earphones and home sound systems. Also, wired Apple car play have no problem at all. Just wonder it is the phone or the Audio system problem.
  3. These are exactly what the dealership done on my moonroof rattle complaints and which is useless. Now, I have to use engine oil to lube around the rubber seal that around the piece of glass every time after my car wash. I do not agree that any service agents making statements “this is the nature of the car” to end the complaints. Will any customer feel like to spending their money to buy a noise Legacy? No, I don’t think so. If customer willing to pay for a noisy car, why not WRX? It’s cheaper and with more power. Well, I just I feel hopeless to have Subaru dealership to fix warranty works. Honestly, this will be my last Subaru, their quality Sucks.
  4. Yes, I do have a stack of warranty repair receipts too. From dash rattles, squeaky seat(repaired once already) to moon roof. Subaru Quality control definitely going down. I m not comparing it with others. I do own multiple Subaru Car in the past.
  5. My 2018 Legacy 3.6 had bad Moon roof rattles. Its happening when the car crossing the uneven pavement, cornering or uphill and downhill. It feels like is cause by the car chassis twisted by the road condition then Moon roof opening rubbing the Moon roof glass to cause that noise. Its not a very loud noise, I won't hear anything if I had the Moon roof Liner/Slider cover closed. Unfortunately, I love sunlight. So, I had that liner opened at most of the time. I had turned my car to warranty fix because of this concern. However, the service department said its just the nature of this vehicle. Does anyone had the same experience or it just mine?
  6. Thanks Beamercub. You made me feels better, at least I know I m not too picky or sensitive to my Subie. I had very similar Subaru family background as you had. I own 2015 Impreza, 2016 OB(sister), 2017 Impreza(traded in) for my 18 Legacy. Only the 2015 Impreza, 2016 OB had the least problems. The 17 Impreza has 8 warranty repairs in its 7 months life, end up I filed a claim to SOA. Also, I had 6 warranty repair records for my 18 Legacy as today.. (I m thinking to file another claim to SOA). Even I don't need to spend any $$ for warranty repair, but it is time consuming and headaches. 6 warranty repair = 12 time off from my full time job. My co-workers keep asking why I had so many problem with my brand new shinny car.
  7. I have a 2018 3.6R. Recently, I heard noise coming from the front driver side wheel. Its sounds like wheel liner or something moving when I m passing by the road that not very smooth (such as cracked pavements and rails). Just wonder how did you bring it up to your dealership? I had only 13k miles with my Legacy and I had so much warranty records for my 2018 3.6R already. Such as seat squeaking noise, dash rattle, moon roof liner finish...etc. I don't know will those service agents think I m just too sensitive or crazy if I going to the same dealership and bringing up this problem....
