  1. I am going to be putting fog lights into my legacy gt which has none at the moment. I have purchased all the parts and started getting stuff ready when I realized I may have messed up. The morimoto led fog lights dont come with the plastic clip for the click together plug installed, its in the kit. So I installed them myself and didn’t check to see which side should be red and which should be black. It also looks like the metal prongs cant be pushed back out after being pushed in. Should I be worried about this or will it work fine?
  2. So I am looking to run less resistance in my exhaust but am worried about overboost. When may I run into this issue and how can I fix it. All i have done right now is a custom axleback with no mufflers. Still cat and resonator. Might change resonator to cherrybomb glasspack and get the invidia j pipe if I can find one.
  3. That was exactly what was wrong. I popped off the cover from the top and immediately saw that the bottom bolt on the stop was loose. I just readjusted and re tightened. Maybe i should put thread locker on? So I overshot 5th and 6th every time. haha I drove like 15 miles not knowing that I could use the gears. Thanks so much!
  4. My car:2010 LGT 167,000 miles. I know there can be issues in shifting caused by a bad clutch or the pedal not allowing for the clutch to go all the way out. I ran into a different issue where my car will not shift into 5th or 6th, as if it was locked out like reverse. I did not do anything harsh to those gears recently and it just happened when driving after starting it up and accelerating to 5th at average speed. please help. what issues may other people also encounter after the amount of years there legacy gt has been on the road.
  5. I have a 2010 LGT, owned it for about a week, and a Cobb accessport that is attached to it(currently tuned to 91 with some 93/92 mix in the tank because I am waiting for it to run out to switch it to stage 1 93 tune). Recently as it has been getting hotter(around higher 80s to 90s), I have noticed that my coolant temps stick over 200 and sit around 208. It has gone higher, occasionally in the 220s. Is this a warning sign, and if it does get even hotter is some extra maintenance required to keep it low. coolant level is fine. Maybe this thread could be a deposit for all the cool running tips
