  1. Best I can tell there is no Group N mount that fits the 07 SpecB. I see a few aftermarkets IAG $269, Torque Solution, Kein.
  2. Yup filler neck, brake line and tank. Replaced all rusty clamps and a couple valves for purge and pressure relief. Whatever it was it is definitely fixed. No more fear of fire.
  3. Legacy fuel tank replace. Replaced brake line while in there.fueltank.pdf
  4. Thanks for this thread. AVO bracket reinforcement does lock up sub frame isolation. Just purchased the AVO bar but made my own reinforcement brackets. AVO bar paint is dissapointing - ended up clear coating the bar with Spray max 368 0061. Too bad my pics fail to upload (less than 6mb and 6400x6400)Presentation1.pdf
  5. Denso 952-0090 is same as Subaru OEM as you get. Just purchased a DEATSCHWERKS pump and the sock retainer has a tiny serrated washer that is ridiculous to install. Same with Denso 952-0086. And I dont know if the Denso sock is E85. Just know that little retainer washer sucks. Plan ahead otherwise you wont get it done. Subaru does not sell that sock separate from the pump.
  6. Dash doesnt melt in CT but gets sticky and creates excessive reflection from the shine - eventually may crack. When I bought my car I thought the guy applied Armor all until I tried to wipe it. The rag stuck to the dash. Took it to the forum and realized its a widespread issue and the recall had expired. Finally reached out to SOA and they told me to have it confirmed by a dealer. The dealer agreed it was sticky and provided a quote which was submitted to SOA. I kindly explained to SOA that I couldnt afford $2000 for the repair and asked if there was any chance they could help with the purchase of the part. They offered $500 and I was very happy. I think you can only hope for the part since the recall has long expired. I recently pulled some parts from an 07 legacy GT part out and the dash was also sticky.
  7. Looks like they have a tool for removing the vents to prevent prying against the dashpad. Good to know
  8. The airbag cant be replaced without removing that sticky dash. And that sticky dash will certainly be damaged by the process. Removing the vents will certainly destroy it. If you have an airbag recall and sticky das U are golden It will be covered
  9. I went to a dealer who agreed with the issue. They told me to contact SOA. SOA talked to the dealer. The dealer gave some crazy repair estimate - like $2000. I told SOA I couldnt spend that and asked if they could pay for the part. They agreed. I been looking at that box for about 4 months and finally got it done.
  10. SOA gave me a credit for the part but wouldnt pay for the entire replacement. Dashpad is under $500 but dealer wanted 11hrs to install. I had it removed in 2-1/2hrs but install was longer. Things have to be installed in a certain order and then decided to do my gauge wiring while everything was accessible. I really couldnt figure out that steering column top cover. That sucker is trapped by design.
  11. Fuel Filter install 07 Spec B engine bay. The return goes under the filter. Still didnt fix my stumble.
  12. Pulled my intake to do parallel fuel lines and rails but opted out due to routing challenges. Did find most intake gaskets leaking and fixed the regulator screws to socket heads. Subaru needs to stop putting clamps and screws that cant be tightened without removing the intake -bullshit design. Intake removal wasnt too bad.
