  1. I just used the Subaru GTP which was 28850, that’s with 13k on it.
  2. Traded it in, decided I wanted something more engaging again, was really hoping that we’d get at least something out of the aftermarket for these cars. My ‘05 LGT is still one of my favorite cars I’ve owned, figure the new WRXs are about the same size so it should be good to go. http://jmaigroup.com/subarus/img/subaru14.jpg
  3. Why oh why isn't the start stop button round like the rest of the buttons on the home page? Other then that, I love the fact it's out there now.
  4. 25.6 according to the onboard. 9k miles.
  5. Got mine the other day, it works as advertised. Seems to work comparably as well as being hardwired to me. It also has a USB passthrough so if you do need a charge you can still run it that way as well.
  6. https://cplay2air.com/products/cplaystreamer-wireless-adapter-for-factory-carplay-android-auto-module-and-mirror-link-feature I have one on order, will see how it works when it gets here, but I thought I’d share. Should support 2017+ Subaru’s that come with OEM tethered carplay support.
  7. I almost never engage it. Semi drivers around here like to hug lines, so I'll hug the outer line to give them room, when enabled it's not smart enough to stay where it's safer, it steers right, it's obviously only looking at lines.
  8. I just did it on mine as well, no issues. http://www.jmaigroup.com/_images/radio/installing.jpg http://www.jmaigroup.com/_images/radio/postinstall.jpg http://www.jmaigroup.com/_images/radio/carplay1.jpg http://www.jmaigroup.com/_images/radio/carplay2.jpg Wiped USB drive (I used a USB 3.0 128GB drive), copied over the 4 files. Took less then 20 minutes going by the book, although based on what I've read this will vary greatly on what USB stick you're using.
  9. That's not true at all, there are a bunch of different factors that go into when the start/stop kicks in. For one the capacitors that allow it to restart must have a charge, which doesn't typically take long, but I'm sure that depends on the driving type/style. Also if you have the AC cranked or heat cranked it won't kick on. For me, I usually stop normally, and when the car comes to a complete stop, if I've been driving for a little bit it'll stop. I'll typically press down harder on the brake to get it to start the motor back on before I try pulling out of an intersection. I have about 3k miles on my car now, almost an hour of "Stop" time, it's saved a whole ... 0.39 gallons of gas. So not worth the savings in my mind, really wish someone would come up with a permanent delete/disable.
  10. Start/Stop is still annoying, although knowing that you can depress the brake harder to get the car to re-start before entering an intersection is a blessing. I'm still running the old software on the infotainment haven't trusted myself to flash the upgrade yet. But as JP said, the new software is out there with full screen carplay. I haven't had issues with the starlink app.
  11. Care to provide a link to where this is discussed? Carplays' spec doesn't allow for vertical aspect ratios as of iOS 13, so I'm tempted to call BS on this.
  12. So far so good for mine, although my longest trip has only been about two hours.
  13. I will say, that after about 2k miles I think the ECU and CVT programming has learned some things and it seems to be a better drive now then day 1. That or the driver has adjusted his right foot to the car, which I also acknowledge as being possible. But in short, I still really like this car.
  14. They should, those are on my shortlist as well. And yes they have TPMS sensors, you can't get the exact PSI without the stem sensors.
