"Why is the accelerator pedal so non-linear?" Is it as bad as my wife's Forester in that you barely press down the throttle and it gives the engine 50% acceleration....and 1/2" throttle is essentially flooring it, making smooth takeoffs nearly impossible? Excessive throttle tip-in is what they call it I think?
