  1. If anyone is selling theirs I'm looking for a setup that someone has done. Going into 07 Spec B.
  2. You see the aluminum item below standing up(before anodizing). Wouldn't it be cheaper to produce if the machine shop started with a HEX and turned it to a RD. All the other parts are made that way. I assume it's aluminum 6061-T6511 since that would be cheapest to obtain? Unless that's a different grade and they don't make a HEX as is case with Alcoas 6020. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v257/4A-FE/2005%20Subaru%20Legacy%20GT/IMG_3644-4-1.jpg
  3. +1 here on lowering by 2mpg. I used to average 22mpg, now I average 20mpg.
  4. I drove from Michigan to Eastern NY (750 miles) and averaged about 90mph. There were some 100 bursts and 80mph slowdowns. I averaged 26 mpg during that trip. Not bad I say.
  5. I just drove 1200 miles in the last 3 days. I averaged about 85mph in 6th most of the time (of course almost all highway mileage). Avg mileage was 27.6 according to computer. According to my calculations using fillup gallons/miles driven I got 28.9 mpg.
  6. Is that the clearance from the spokes of the rim?
  7. Do ANY 16" rims fit the GT? Like a 16x7 from an RS or 16x7.5 (ROTA has some in that size). If not is it the width that's the issue, or is it the actual diameter of the wheel that's needed. I know that for a WRX there are 15" rims Speedline rally 15"x7" superlites... http://www.superlite-wheels.com/ revolution wheels... http://www.revolutionwheels.com/ compomotives... http://www.compomotive.com that fit the 4 pots available on '06, hence my question. nice to see another CU grad (i'm '99).
