Has anyone purchased the flat out suspension coilovers? If not what's the reasons?

The vehicle looks like it's at the stock ride height. If not how much is the drop? I am wondering how much offset you can have on a rim to bring it close to flush with the fender but not rub ?

The headlights look like they are copying a Lexus a little bit.
