  1. I had it on my first legacy and I loved it, but the baffles in this one seem to be gone so I'm not entirely sure how they are going to sound on my car. But anything is better than the magnaflow I have on there now as they are just too raspy for me.
  2. Hey bud, I have a US PO box just over the boarder in Buffalo NY, if you want you can ship them there and either pick them up or I can grab them and drop them off in a few weeks when I make a trip up there.
  3. I am running an act 6puck, it is overkill for my current power level, but I like the feel of it and leaves me room to grow. I was looking at a Southbend clutch but the ACT was a much better deal at the time. I have a friend with a spec b and he is running an Xclutch and he has a very close to OEM feel to his clutch pedal
  4. How hard was it to wire up the link ecu? anything that is not working like OEM with the addition of link to the car?
  5. Are we placing bets on how many miles he gets out of this, I will say OP gets 4,999 before YNASB
  6. I think I want that q300. Will you be coming to the ECM? If you are would you be able to bring it with you to the meet for me?
  7. Hey I can come give you a hand with things just send me txt when you know your going to be working on things.
  8. I just went through the audio in my FXT, 4 pioneer 6 1/2" in all four doors, and a 10 in the trunk. Front & rear speakers are powered off of a kenwood excelon deck, and the 10 by a 600w amp. I'm going to find another amp for the front & rear speakers as well as replace the front speakers with a nice component set.
  9. I call dibs on a room with a queen the 3 of us can share a bed, $66/day is fine for us, just need to figure out exact days but leaning towards the 7th-11th. @KZJonny what days are you thinking about driving down and back up?
  10. Your killing me John, do I want a 400whp turbo on the forester.....hell yeah I do. But do I need a 400whp turbo on it , the wife would kill me, and then she would come looking for you, lol.
  11. I am waiting on a shipping quote from him for this intercooler , GS one will go into the Forester, and process west will go into the Legacy.
  12. Definitely understand that. You will be very happy with the end result, not sure you will be happy with what you pay to get this installed and running the way you want, lol. It is possible. I would say make sure to start with a manual Outback/Legacy GT if you can it will save you a lot of money, time and stress. You can use the STI drivetrain, but you will need hybrid axles for the rear or you can use the legacy GT front axles or STI front axles if they came out of a car that was 5x100. For the rear I would suggest using 07-09 spec b rear axles as they will be plug and play with your r180 rear diff, otherwise you will need to create a hybrid axle using the inner axle from the STI, and mate it with an outer Legacy GT. I did convert my 1st 5spd legacy GT into a 6spd legacy GT(from a specB so as plug and play as you can get if you have all the parts) and the increased mile/gallon was nice while I had it. It also is capable of handling more power if you go with a solid case 6spd as opposed to a split case 6spd found in WRX
  13. I had the same experience going to safety the Forester. They wanted $2400 (parts & labour) to replace two rear wheel bearings and two rear control arms (due to a 'little' play in the ball joint) I paid 300 in parts & 300 for labour at a local mom and pop shop. Mind you the play in the ball joint was not enough to cause concern and the rear wheel bearings had zero left to right/up & down play. They were just noisy/rusty from sitting for 6 months.
