Hi All,
So my car has decided that when it is cold (below 10c)it does not want to start.
The car unlocks with the key fob, the radio will turn on when I press start but no dash lights show like it normally does before starting. I have replaced both remotes with new quality batteries.
When the car finally does start it will run perfectly fine all day until the temps drop down again in the late evening. I have managed to get the car to start after heating the steering column up with a hairdryer about 10/12 times.
The battery is perfectly fine and after the outside temp has gone up it will start without issue. I have taken the car into the Auto Electrician and the fault codes are showing
B2203 Abnormal immobilizer power supply
B2204 Abnormal Steering Lock power supply
B2215 Abnormal ID Code Box
Has anyone come across similar issues before and know what could be causing it?
