Description: ** This review was written before the Bilstein B6 Sport dampers arrived. The car is an MY04 2.5i Liberty wagon **

Well, the Whiteline Control springs are fitted to the OEM shocks [did it myself, technically 4/10 but physically 8/10!] & (aside from shock issues) I couldn't be happier.

The measured drop (setting will occur, I'm sure) is:

Front: Was 383mm Now 356mm Dropped 27mm
Rear: Was 376mm Now 359mm Dropped 17mm

The stance is very nice. Even front to rear.

As far as the driving is concerned, the vagueness at speed has pretty much gone. Susceptibility to crosswinds is down. Cornering is flatter.

The ride is still bouncy, but that's 'cause of the crap shocks - the actually body movement is reduced, but primary ride is still not as controlled as it should be.

Secondary ride is almost unchanged - reduced suspension travel is negated by the firmer springs & it's not any more likely to hit the bump stops than before.

I can't wait for the Bilsteins to arrive, but these springs are a very, very nice way to bide time. The results kind of remind me of an entry-level Porsche solution - not too firm, nice appearance but you know it means business.
