This is really a straight replacement for a stock clutch. But at just over $500 shipped, it is an extremely good value for someone who isn't adding horsepower to their vehicle.
The flywheel is less than half the weight of the dual-mass flywheel that is stock in '05 and '06 leggies. It is only the slightest bit more difficult to drive than the stock flywheel. Throttle response is dramatically improved.
Pedal feel is lighter than stock, more like my Nissan's clutch pedal. Not as light as a VW.
1st gear feels a little 'grabby' right now, but I only have 75 miles of break-in on the clock, and I suspect that will get better as it gets broken in.
