TurboXS releases the first Hybrid Blow Off Valve designed specifically tuned for the 2008 Subaru WRX. The valve features an innovative re-circulation and vent to atmosphere operation. It has been tuned to offer the best blend of vent to atmosphere and re-circulation without check engines lights, stumbling or the dreaded back fire issues that are commonly associated with Blow OFF Valves and turbocharged cars that use Mass Air Flow configurations. I bought this BOV for a great price and installed it the same day. Looks great under the engine cover and provides a nice blow off sound. Dresses up under the hood as well with some shiny chrome! My only complaint is that it could definitely be louder.

I got this for about $100 less than I could find the GFB Hybrid, which is why i chose to use this blow-off valve. I would say this BOV is probably equal in quality to any of it's competitors. The type of gasket it uses is definitely better for holding higher levels of boost. The 50/50 valve causes no issues with the cars normal operation, and allows you to hear the car blowing off. Unfortunately, this BOV is pretty quiet by my standards, and you can't really hear it unless the windows are open. Also, the engine cover will require trimming to fit with this BOV. I found the adjustability by washers makes little to no difference in the way the BOV performs. This is overall a good product for the money, and dresses up the engine bay a bit
