Description: Most Oil pressure senders are too large to fit directly into the oil galley plug(due to clearance problems). This kit allows you to utilize the oil galley plug on your subaru and mount the sender on the passenger side strut tower.

This kit includes everything you need to mount any oil pressure sender with an 1/8" NPT fitting in your Subaru.
It includes an oil galley plug, 2 feet of braided stainless hose, stainless steel rubber cushioned mounting brackets, hardware and complete instructions.

Pros: very nice and easy
Cons: long tube

Just bought this...had difficulties installing oil pressure gauge due to the molding of my 07's LGT intake manifold (it has this annoying little nob that sticks out, preventing the "pressure sensor" from fitting directly into the oil galley plug (see awesome walkthrough string below).

This solved all problems and fits perfectly. I bought an oil galley plug (as described in the walkthrough) from Subaru directly and it was $12, plus the washer for $4. This kit is a must buy for an 07 legacy oil pressure gauge kit.

First- take off the engine cover by removing the four pop-its.

Now you can see the empty oil galley, between the intercooler and the intake, it just has an allen plug in it.

Remove the intercooler to get more access to the area, Take off the two bolts on the turbo. These are both 12mm.

Then there is one 12mm bolt on the support bracket and two 10mm bolts for the recirc valve. Then loosen the hose clamp that attaches the intake (no picture of that) and you can remove the intercooler.

Here is a side shot with the intercooler removed, I wadded up a thick paper towel and blocked the turbo just in case.
