Pros: double adjustable (throw and height), build quality
Cons: adjustablility somewhat limited

very similar to Cobb double adjustable STS, but uses set screws rather than "pinch"-type lock mechanisms.

Nice-looking anodized aluminum pieces (body black, threaded rods blue) [although it's not visible once installed under the shift boot...].

Somewhat limited adjustability:

Like all other STSs, max leverage (minimum throw) is limited by the angle of the tranny linkage and the shift surround -- the lower part of the STS can only be extended so far before the linkage will bind. (You can get a little more adjustment range by trimming the metal surround slightly.)

Lever height is also adjustable, but the top part can only be extended so far -- unscrewing it any farther and not enough will remain threaded into the body section to reach the set screw. I have mine adjusted almost as long as it can be, and the stock shift knob sits quite a bit lower than with the stock lever (maybe 2+ inches shorter?). Personally, I like the lower "stubby" style (think BMW or Miata), but if you want a knob to sit higher, this STS is not for you.

Feel: A bit notchier, requiring a bit more effort than stock but not much -- a lot less vague and rubbery feeling than stock. Throws are definitely shorter. No noticeably increase in NVH.
