I bought my Legacy from there a few months ago and got a very good deal. I know of at least one other member on here that also got a good deal from there. A lot of people wouldn't go there under the old ownership/management but I can tell you the new owner is definately making changes. He already got the rights and is now an SPT dealer with a parts guy that is dedicated toward Subaru parts (Rick). The owner is the polar opposite of the owner of Subaru of Schaumburg. He is extremely hands on and wants his customers to have the best they can do at all times. He wants to know if they have done good by their customers or even when they need to change something. Admittably their sales staff isn't the most product knowledgable, but they are also eager to help you. So if you are in northern IL give them a shot.
And no I do not work there, but I do know the owners for 8 years now.

Bought my 05 Legacy GT from them back in August of 09. I live in Kansas City MO and Made an offer over the phone of 1500 less than what they wanted. Flew out, they picked me up from the airport and was headed back to KC in just a few hours. Love the car. Great service.
