Slow shipping, poor communication, non-existent refund

Just the facts:
Ordered Delta Dash 12/15 and they charged my credit card 12/16.
It took quite along time and in the interim no status, no communication
Shipped 2/7.
Turns out that they ordered the wrong version so they agreed to refund my money (after some discussion)
I shipped it back and they received it 2/17
So far no call, no e-mail and no refund.
I am sure Ken and Brian are wonderful people, but I would not choose to do business with them again.
I hope to get the refund at some point in the near future.

I purchased a set of wheels from Rally Performance last September. I had a 1,000 questions regarding the fit of the wheels on my Legacy which they promptly answered. I recieved everything in order and on time.
