Pros:

Clean, simple design. Equal length without insanely long primaries or a mess of welds/bends.

Hard to say this is a negative, but my goodness these things are difficult to install!

The product is outstanding. The design is outstanding. But, if you're going to install this yourself, keep in mind it's a very difficult thing to do. Fitment is not 100% accurate, but that's why the slip joints are there. Those are good things that allow for the expansion and contraction that occurs with heat.
The con to that is installation. You need to be VERY careful you install things in the right order and torque everything down correctly because there's going to be some strain during the installation.
Other than that, this is probably hands-down one of the best products out there.
