Description:
Whether you opted for the go-anywhere Outback wagon or the road-hugging Legacy version, chances are that cargo space played a big role in your buying decision. The design team took this into consideration when developing this incredible-sounding solution. This Stealthbox® tucks into the right corner of the hatch area and delivers tremendous, audiophile quality bass thanks to its powerful, 10-inch W6v2 subwoofer.
THE HARD DATA:
Contains one 10W6v2-D4 subwoofer in a sealed enclosure. 400 watt power handling. Wired for 2 ohm mono. If vehicle is equipped with rubber cargo mat (as pictured), the cargo mat must be cut along the outside edge of the Stealthbox® in order to remain removable. A steel mesh grille is included to protect the subwoofer driver. Will not fit Legacy / Outback Sedans or Outback Sport model.
Comes in taupe or charcoal.

Big, ugly gap around sub/grill to box
Excellent sound quality when properly tuned (10w6 always been a great performer). You have to drill a hole in the chasis to get it to mount right. Fitment is excellent. Color is generic JL black which really does not match my black interior (looks more charcoal than black). I solved the problem by using a large magic marker to make it black. The gap between the woofer/grill is ugly and I've already thought of a fix but haven't done it yet. Overall a great box. Very pricey but worth it. I got mine for $ 450 used on this site
