Pros: nice tone, price
Cons: fit and finish

I had the whole system cut and re-welded together to get a perfect fit, but right out of the box it was not even close. great value and sound for the 2.5i

Pros: Cost, sound
Cons: Poor fit, sound

I had 1 of these cbe on my LGT for about a year. Great overall sound if u want an aggressive slightly loud tone. Can't beat the price.

Pros: sound, welds, price
Cons: fitment, rust resistance

I got the Gimmick Motorsports version of this along with a CNT 3" downpipe. I was happy with the quality of the welds and the sound is amazing. Nice rumble, but pretty quiet when you want to be. Fitment is crap, but I paid $650 for an entire 3" turboback so I can't complain. You can attempt to adjust the fitment with hose clamps around the rubber hangers. It seems that it would take a very long time for the surface rust to make its way through the entire thickness of the pipe, so that's not a major issue. Paint it with something if you want. Great exhaust if you're on a budget.

Pros: Good bang for the buck, nice material, great rumble sound
Cons: Fitment

Got the first batch in a group buy. Looked good out of the box. Installed easily. Sounds mean! Suttle at idle and at low RPMs but at WOT it is killer. Not too much drone, but thats by personal preference.

Only problems is fitment with the tips not aligning correctly to the cut-outs. Also the mid-pipe is confusing to figure out which faces forward. later batches the vendor corrected the majority of the minor problems.

Pros: Low cost. Full 3 inch straight pipe.
Cons: No resonator.

I bought this CBE with the 2nd group buy. Unfortunately, it didn't include a resonator in the straight pipe. We didn't find out until after the first buyer opened the box. The seller did provide a partial refund. The rating, 9, reflects the good customer support.

The welds are not bad at all especially considering the price. I would rate the welds as average but that's in comparison to all manufacturers.

The straight pipe is a full 3 inches. Some people prefer a 2.5 inch junction at the downpipe, but this is well matched to most aftermarket 3 inch downpipes.

I used the mid and straight pipe with the stock mufflers. The fit was very good.

Some people have reported some fitment problems with the driver's side aft muffler. This can be corrected by bending the hanger.

Some of the mufflers have come with cosmetically burnt tips.

Really good value.

Pros: looks and sounds awesome, install fairly simple
Cons: fitment issues with muffler

Got mine from the 2nd group buy. Fast shipping and great looking exhaust

The sound is awesome!! my LGT finally sounds the way a subaru should sound. Its not to loud but you can still notice the difference. Its not drowny when cruising in 5th, if you have music on you hardly notice it

Driverside muffler needs to be moved over, same issue as alot of others have had

Overall, great exhaust for a great price.

Pros: Excellent value, finish and sound
Cons: Fitment

I received the first resonated XO2 racing exhaust available, the build quality was excellent nice looking weld etc. The double walled tips are just beautiful, the sound can be described in one word "Awesome". This system take alot of TLC to get line up straight and is not an easy task if your a novice, may just be easier having a muffler shop realigned the hangers.

Pros: Great value! Good quality. Good Sound!
Cons: Muffler and Y-Pipe fitment.

Pretty Good Catback. Recieved the Resonated kind. Some defects on the "burnt tips" but otherwise it is just okay.
Was a pain to try and get the mufflers to line up, and the beginning part of the Y-pipe hits the heat shield.

Good sound! For the money, it is a pretty good catback!

Pros: Price
Cons: Fitment, quality, sound, vendor support

Garbage exhaust. Burnt tips looked so bad that I had to sand them off. Mufflers don't fit. The entire system is covered in rust after one winter. Vendor refuses to refund my money.

Pros: price and sound
Cons: fitment, quality

mid and Y-pipe did not line up very well with the stock downpipe. mid and Y-pipe rattled against heat shields under the car. all the bolts that came with the kit are crap. i have stripped 3 or 4 just using hand tools. mufflers still dont line up. burnt tips on mufflers looked horrible. the burnt look on it wasnt symmetrical all the way around. also the burnt tips are rusting

Pros: Price
Cons: Fit, Drone

Purchased for $280. For the money I have no complaints. Mine has the resonator.

Drone is a little annoying but nothing the stereo can't fix. Everything installed easily. Tips are slightly off center and to the inside of the cutouts. Not too bad.

The CBE is not perfect, but for 1/3 of what my SPT cost, I like it fine.

Pros:
Cons:

I purchased this CBE and love the sound and the installation. The tips are a little off but the exhaust was only $300 so I cant complain too much.
