Pros:
Quad tips, not too loud
Cons:
fitment, drone, sound
First the good.
It's a quad tip catback, with good availability. I paid a bit under $600 for this CBE. As far as loudness of CBEs go, this is middle of the pack. I've had this exhaust installed for 2 years now with no rust issues.
The Bad.
The tips don't line up too well in the cutouts. The passenger side tips stick out more than the driver side. I tucked the tips up more into the bumper cut outs by getting some tightening hose clamps around the muffler hangers.
The Ugly.
It rubbed on the driveshaft big time. I had to make an aluminum brace to keep it from hitting under heavy acceleration. I also had to bang the hell out of the midpipe to keep it from hitting the driveshaft hoop/support.
Also, the exhaust just does not sound good. It sounds like a vacuum cleaner at WOT.

It sounds OK. Fitment is bad, And just like SopLightAssasin said, It clinks on the driveshaft during semi aggressive driving.

Great Sound, Dual Tips, Nice build
Cons:

fitment issues..

I love the sound on this baby, It's quiet but still gives a nice rumble. I've gotten many compliments. I did paint the muffler face's black to accent the tips more. This was a definate plus on the looks for the rear. The only problem I have is the fitment to the stock midpipe. Even with the updated flex pipe it hits every now and then on the driveshaft, and it drives me nuts. Other then that, its great.

This exhaust is good, I love the way it sounds with my megan racing downpipe and up-pipe. Surprisingly its not as loud as I thought without all the cats. It looks great too, I had ppl ask if thats the stock exhaust. But I did have a fitment issue...the axle pipes hit the rear lower control arm when I back up. Its not that bad, but it can be a nusance.

Pros:

full stainless steel. comes with gaskets. flanges are nice and thick so no warping
Cons:
its kinda noisy on a catless system
i think this was one of the best valued exhausts out there when i got it (early when it first came out) and i am very happy with it. at the time i am posting this my car is completely catless and well... it gets kinda noisy. i still plan to make my own cat back but the megan racing cat back is a great product. by searching youtube you will find different videos to it including one of my car in its catless form

Looks great.
Cons:
2 to 3 times louder than stock
Installed in conjunction with Cobb hi-perf catted downpipe. Looks fabulous. Construction looks good. Came scratched and dented from TDC, but it is an exhaust... so I guess to be expected through wear and tear.
Very loud with the catted hi-flow downpipe. If you like the sound of an exhaust coming through into the cabin, you'll like it. If not, suggest investing in some sound deadening products.
I have a trailer hitch on the car and the exhaust clunks upon acceleration or turning on the hitch.
As far as performance gains, no dyno and no tune (yet). So it is kind of hard to tell whether there's any difference. Waiting for the Cobb AP to become available. Car definitely spools faster, but the mid-range response feels a lot flatter than stock. "I" mode is almost flat in terms of acceleration, but the S# mode definitely moves quicker.

Looks, Sound

Cons:

Fitment, Clearance from the Drive Shaft
First let me say I loved the look and sound of this CBE, but days after installing, under hard accelleration and while reversing I started hearing a scratching sound, the flange where the mid-pipe connects to the Y-pipe was scratching the drive shaft. After uninstall/re-install, trying stiffer hangers to reduce travel, etc. Im pitching it and purchasing the SPT exhaust.

Bought this used from a member, and have been very happy so far.
Nice deep rumble that brings out the boxer engine tone very nicely, but not obnoxiously loud by any means.
Previous owner had a shop cut and reweld the midpipe to fit properly. He also had them trim about an inch from the tips, where they emerge from the muffler, and this makes the fit perfect, no protrusion.
Recommended with the caveat that you may have to do some fitment adjustment for your car.
