Description: Significantly reduce turbo lag with our truly engineered downpipe. Designed for optimal performance and durability, our downpipe features full 304 Stainless Steel construction. Starting from the turbo, exhaust gasses enter our cast stainless steel bellmouth housing that utilizes internal shapes and features impossible to create with standard tubing. This design feature was chosen specifically to reduce turbo lag, improve low-end torque, and offer superior durability in high HP, high temperature uses. Another improvement realized is the reduction of exhaust noise entering the cabin common with the thin-walled tubing used in nearly all other downpipes on the market.

Pros: Quality product. Great gains with tune. Perfect Fitment.
Cons: Maybe a little costly, but that is subjective.

Purchased from Subimods.com, I would highly recommend this product. Although on the higher side of the price range for similar products, it is a perfect fit. I also installed this product with a Cobb heatshield to eliminate having to cut the stock heatshield. 3" all the way through with a open bell. Matched up perfect to the Magnaflow CBE that I installed at the same time.
Here's a couple of quick videos of the DP and CBE installed.

Pros: fit, well made, power
Cons: Nothing

Good all around. Fit was spot on. And if your worried about price vs others like i was just consider that you can cash in your old cat for some $'s.

Pros: Great fit, Perfect manufacturing, Cast bell-mouth
Cons: Price

Installed simply, great product, made great power (see my vB, for dynos: http://legacygt.com/forums/vbpicgall...?do=view&g=620).

The cast bell-mouth makes for a perfectly matched outlet for the turbo, unlike some other bell-mouths, or divorced wastegate designs.

EDIT: this is for a CATLESS DP.

Pros: Fit and finish, performance
Cons: None ... maybe price

Awesome piece. The fit could not be better and the noise level did not increase over stock. No annoying noises.

I got the cat'ed downpipe.

Pros: Great fitment, went in nicely.
Cons: Price and welds don't look too good IMO.

Good pipe, but for the price, you might expect it to be coated. Other than that, it went in nice. AT Tranny here

Pros: Sound. Power gains when tuned
Cons: None

got the Cobb catless DP for 425$ and i think that's a decent price. Exhaust note changes completely and sounds very badass. a must have for any LGT

Pros: Well designed, perfect fit, nice performance gains
Cons: Price

I got the catted version for the MT and I've got no complaints. The smile on my face after taking the car for a drive (TDC Stage 2 Reflash) was well worth it.

Pros: Good power, minimal downshifts at highway speeds
Cons: Loss of low end on WRX

Had the catted version on my 05 WRX (2 liter). Dismayed at the loss in low end torque but offset by excellent midrange and top end power. Probably different on the 2.5 motor. Toying with the Cobb vs Avo (divorced wastegate style) Dp's for my LGT.

Pros: Fit was great, well made piece, quality is top notch.
Cons: Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Pipe fit perfect no issues at all. Install was a breeze and 2 years and 2 salty winters later and it still looks like new. You get what you pay for.
