Description: PERRIN™ end links are precision cut from virgin aluminum ensuring strength, durability, and crisp sway bar response providing maximum performance and feel from your rear sway bar.

PERRIN Performance™ end links feature PTFE Teflon lined spherical bearings. Teflon linings dampen against noise and vibration as well as keep dirt or road grime out of the bearing race. Our spherical bearings are made from fiber reinforced, engineered plastic. With a static radial load resistance of over 5,000 lbs these bearings are virtually indestructible.

Our choice to use spherical bearings allows PERRIN™ end links to conform to dramatic angles while maintaining a solid link between the sway bar and control arm. Total misalignment angles will exceed 14 degrees.

Our research and development staff has developed a specific press technique for this bearing application that makes it impossible for the bearing to be removed once installed. The walls of the bearing-retaining surface are compressed onto the bearing in a double "swedge" technique.

Do not be fooled by other products, which offer spherical bearing end links. The research and development time into this part far exceeds any other end link on the market.

Pros: Much more durable than stock
Cons: Directions aren't for Legacy

If you're upgrading your sway bars, an endlink upgrade is a must. The stock units are thin and will not hold up long due to the increased loading from the larger sway bars. The directions don't specifically call out the Legacy, so you should use the directions for the WRX/STi, which only uses one of the spacers on the top and the bottom. Easy install.

Pros: Very nice surface finish
Cons: Missing install hardware

Overall quality of the parts seems very nice, should work well.
The endlinks were missing some of hardware to install the links. My package was missing the grade 8 nuts & split washers. I had to contact the vendor that I ordered the links through and they contacted Perrin for replacements. New parts should be here in about 4-5 business days. I could have ordered additional hardware form another vendor (Grainger, McMasterCarr, etc, locally) but I have already paid for the hardware and shouldn't have to go out of my way to purchase more.
The endlinks also need additional washers (spacers) to help correct the angle of the links and get them as close to perpendicular to the ground as possible. They came with a few extras, but I had to purchase more stainless washers so that the bolt heads won't dig into the endlinks due to the angles they are at. The extra washers weren't nearly enough.
If it wasn't for the hardware issues, then I would have rated this product higher. Attention to detail with a product is very key.

Pros: strong, good quality
Cons: missing nuts for rear endlinks

Purchased Jan 09 and discovered that the package was missing the nuts. I'm disappointed because these things cost a premium and it is a reasonable expectation that the pkg is complete for that price. I'm going to make them send me some more nuts, but I'll go down to NAPA to get some today- I don't want to wait 5 day to have them shipped from Oregon to the east coast.

Rubberman above is spot on with his assessment. The directions could have been a little more illustrative for the front- the pictures are not that great. A schematic that shows the order of the assembly (bolt, split washer, Control Arm bracket, spacer, endlink, washer, split washer, nut) would have been nice. Also would be helpful if they put in the torque specs instead of sending me back to the shop manual for the numbers. Overall they look better than the stockers, but for $100+ its overpriced, especially with missing parts.

Pros: Look Nice. Seem Strong.
Cons: Hardware?

I agree with everything rubberman and Rimfaxe said.
I too had to go find grade 8 washers to make sure the end links lined up perpendicular. For front and rear I ended up needing 12 more washers. Thanks to Lowes the install was completed.
