I would actually rate the Downpipe as closer to 9.5, it is just the cat option that is irritating. Ran this pipe for over 2 years on a 2004 STI. Not a single problem. Mated it with a MadDaddy 3rd member pipe (no cat), and the pairing was excellent for a no cat application. However, the Cat option by Stromung has the sensor bug before the cat, so you CEL, even with a cat installed!
On the STI there was no Uppipe cat, and the downpipe replaces the downpipe cat, so there needed to be a 3rd Member cat. This seems to be the same with the 2007 SpecB. Will probably choose the Cobb downpipe next time, due to the integrated cat.
Pipe worked exceptionally well with the Cobb Ap for 2004 STI.
