Wiring Demon Eyes

I'm wondering if someone can do a walkthrough on wiring up demon eyes. I am a n00b when it comes to wiring and I am sure there are others on the forum who are as well.

Ever get a description? I tried to do it using an LED behind the projector lens but it's not turning out good. Where should the lighting come from?
