Has anyone heard of this product? I've spent plenty of hours reading through oil threads left and right and seeing more pop up not just in the Legacy forums, but on many other forums as well.

My thought is when I have a little cash to play with, this might be a nice little gadget to test out. Until then, my money goes to maintenance of my newly acquired used LGT.

Here's a link to it:

So if anyone has encountered it or something similar, not included sending samples to a lab, please chime in.

Thank you,
Peter

I'm not sure what the sensor does but I wouldn't trust it because it isn't telling you about the metals in your used oil etc.

The best bet is to use Blackstone Labs.

Do any fleet owners rely on it? That would be a reference worth hearing from.

+1.

Any turbo owner interested in oil condition should be interested in fuel dilution since that can be an oil killer and our engines sometimes run very rich. It doesn't appear that this product can test for fuel dilution.

Back in the day, they called this product the Oilyzer and Lubricheck is the latest incarnation.

I've been waiting for years from someone to get this and do some Lubricheck vs. Blackstone comparisons.
