06LGT weird sound at high rpm

I plan on buying this LGT but i noticed a weird sound when i rev the vehicle at high rpm (take a look at the video) the sound might be there at lower rpm but its not noticeable, and unless the windows are down i cant hear the sound from inside the car. According to the vendor the timing belt was recently replaced(1 or 2 months ago), so I'm guessing it's one of the other belts. What do you guys think it is?
