Cool. Looks like a toy car from the side.

Whats not to like about 31 mpg either :)

Any idea on weight?

I just looked up on dragtimes and the 335i is running consistent mid 12's with just a chip.

Imagine what a lighter version can do :)

Just did some searching, a few places stated 300 pounds lighter than the 335i. I also saw 3250 listed on a few sites. Not light but not that heavy either.

Gotta think that a tbe+tune would make for a low 12's capable car. Will probably handle similar to the previous gen m3

Now if the price tag is 33k + 3K in mods. 36k ain't horrible from the performance aspect....

Too bad I'm poor

Is the $33k official? My bet is that the 135i will start at $35k which will put it inbetween the R32, STi, Evo crowd and the 335ci crowd.

I think it will be an awesome car, but its 2 doors, which is a strike, I have heard people say it is TINY inside, which strike 2, and it is a BMW and my family has not had a good experience with the marque, so...

I do love how attainable performance is getting now- cars in the $30k price range are performing like cars in the $50k price range only a few years ago.
