Hi,

I'm not really ready yet to swap out the stock wheels for those 18" Pro-Drive PFF7's I keep eyeing, but it is time to put new tires on my wagon.

I've got some slight curb rash on 2 of the wheels that I'd like to have repaired, if possible. However, I'm not aware of any (reputable or otherwise) places to have this done. I'm on the peninsula in Mtn View, but I'd be willing to drive a bit if the quality of work was good.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Wheel Tech in Santa Clara do pretty good job, but it won't be cheap. It might be cheaper for you to just buy a pristine used wheel on the forum.

I used them before, so I have first hand experience with them.

Wheel Tech is a nice place. But, they won't just fix the rash, they'll only repaint the whole wheel after fixing, and even may not be the exact color match as they told me a while back (Think $100+ a wheel to do so). They will not "touch-up" a wheel. +1 for looking for someone selling used wheels if it bothers you.
