At the end of august I installed my brand new nameless performance axel back exhaust with the 5” muffler option on my spec.B. During the install I tried to get the tips to line up in the center of the bumper cutouts with no success. I called nameless and spoke to Ryan and he explained the recommended way to align the tips. Over the next week I tried this method several times to get the tips aligned with the help of a friend and still couldn’t get it to sit correctly.
Has anyone else had this problem with their Nameless exhaust?
My stock exhaust fit perfectly so I am disappointed that the handmade nameless parts do not fit correctly. I sent nameless an email a month ago explaining exactly what I was seeing and included pictures as well. They got back to me saying they were looking into it and would get back to me soon with a course of action. After asking for more concrete info several times over the past few weeks they have yet to provide any solutions to the problem. They have given the excuse that they are super busy and have not been able to double check the fixture they use to make the part. Not only does this not prove that my part is defective but they also will not provide me with any date by which they will be able to check this.
With no end in sight I asked if I could just receive a refund and return the part in order to save everyone the hassle. The answer was no. This is not appropriate customer service and it is extremely disappointing to me. Has anyone else had a negative experience with Nameless?
