I'm really torn on this, I absolutely love the car, but I thought I would see if there is an interest.
Here's the skinny.
I leased my LGT wagon on Dec 1, and due to my commute, just recently turned 21000km today. (in under 4 months)
So, as you can guess, I am doing a fair amount of kilometers (highway from Hamilton to Toronto and back = 1000km a week)
Equip in the car:
leather and roof al a Ltd trim
autodim compass mirror (no homelink)
subaru spec armrest extension fold out thingy
kartboy front shifter bushings
oil pressure and boost gauges installed stealth-mode in the cubby
Subie rubber floor mats, cargo liner, and roof rack cross rails.
What's also coming with the car (not installed yet):
4 viking snow tires on aluminum 8 spoke 17 inch rims
Cobb AP (new, unmarried, haven't even received it yet)
Kartboy short shifter
Lachute shorty DP (used, good shape)
Perrin UP (used, good shape)
spare TMIC, Spare Turbo, spare shift knob, Spare instrument cluster and clock. (all used, but in good shape)
If you wan't the UP and DP installed, I can include that, I'm a licensed mechanic. No exhaust leaks - guaranteed.
The stock RE92's are almost brand new, as I spent the winter on the snow tires, and both sets of rims are flawless...
Maintenance has been 4 mobil 1 oil changes at 5000km intervals, starting at 5k, latest one was yesterday.
redline 75w90ns changed into the tranny and diff at 5k.
basically I bought the car to last forever, and have maintained and driven it as such. No dings at all, but there are some small stonechips on the front which will be touched up and polished.
Why you ask? to be honest, I'm still not sure I want to sell, but even though my mileage has been very good compared to some (23mpg/10l/100km consitently), my fuel purchases are starting to wear on me, given my 200km daily commute.
I'm thinking of getting a Jetta TDI, or a Smart, and just living with the crappy things that break down the line...
Anyways, if you are interested in taking over the lease or buying it outright, or if you have any questions, or want to convince me to keep the car, post or shoot me a PM.
I put 5k down on the car, and pay $522/mo tax in.
Given that its a CDN spec car, and MSRP'ed for $42k and change. I'm hoping the $5k I put down and $3k in accessories that I'll be walking away from might be an incentive for someone. 2006 lease example off the subie site for reference:
So for my GRP example below, it's $522 per mo. tax in, 44 months left, nothing down, and a whole lotta stuff thrown in. let me know here or shoot me a PM.
Or I might just keep it... dunno...urgh... torn... you get the idea.
