Well, you know I'm here! It's just such an odd feeling being a part of a board that is this empty. At least we are in on the ground floor! I am so sick of hearing all the bitching over at NASIOC. You would swear that all the complaining is from a bunch of overpriveledged babies. I mean, they won't buy the car because of the bumpers? You have got to be kidding me!
So far you, me, gtguy (kevin) and a few others have made it over here.

Nice to have a leg forum. I'd have to say Ghosts whining has been way beyond beating the dead horse.
Will be interesting to see how this forum grows.

I have looked at that forum over the last few days and can't believe it.
Subaru has made a lighter faster car with a great engine - given the US a turbo legacy for the first time since 1994......
And people who have never driven the car or even seen it in the flesh harp on about minor points. Some people see the glass as half empty i suspose.

I can't believe the comments on NASIOC. I have been checking the legacy thread religiously, but I can't get over all the stupidity. I hope that they pass up this legacy because of something stupid like a bumper or a McIntosh stereo. It's starting to get real repetitive and annoying.
Other than that this forum is nice! Slow moving, but nice!

I agree, this forum has been relatively pleasant, a little more love for the older Legacy models is nice, but will come.
NASIOC is really getting to my bones. I'm in a big heated argument about posting some info about a FREE Cobb bash on the whole Memorial day weekend. You know how mods are supposed to be non-biased, I think he's a BIG Cobb-hater, regardless, should keep a level head. I just want to give everyone the chance to come if they choose to and have fun. Nobody is forcing them to look at the info, or go, but somehow he is viamently against allowing it to be posted in my region (despite my little cross-post deal which I admit to doing without thinking.) That and the bumper bumper issue are getting me fed-up with that place! I've had enough problems with overancious mods lately on there.
Hey, want to do the Lizard Run this spring?

McIntosh stereo would be pimp, but $$$. McIntosh makes some of the cleanest amps around.

I made a little update, not sure how the date I mentioned in there was there. Must have been an off-day. Ah well, more info will come as it arrives about the event.
Hopefully more of the midwesterners (Illinois-Wisconsin) folks stop in here, would like a nice little turn-out.
