I searched the forum and found a few threads that did this already but they're pretty old threads and the links have died...

Does anybody know where I can get the piece for the cubby head unit install? After googling it I found one but its $95 which seems excessive and I hope there is one available at a more reasonable price.

I did this in my 2005 GT in like 2006/2007 sometime, but I have long since sold that car, and I really dont remember the installation process at all.

However, JDM parts are never cheap, so yes, $95 sounds right.

Ok, thanks for the response. Looks like I'll be custom making one.
