The exterior is Atlantic Blue and interior is black leather. Back when I as hunting for a car, it was pretty much impossible to find GT limited's with black leather. I've read only about 20% total came as such.
Transmission is a 5 speed automatic (5EAT)with a sport mode and gear selecting buttons on the Momo steering wheel.
This is the nicest possible wagon you can get in this body style: strongest motor, leather interior, HUGE sunroof, 6 disc in dash, and not to mention how I've kept it up.
I recently did all the fluids on it, including the engine oil, transmission fluid, and rear differential.
ACVS fix was addressed along with a brand new turbo. Mechanically, this thing is about as top notch as you can possibly get.
The suspension was feeling a bit saggy when I got the car, so in March 2013 I popped on brand new KYB shocks and struts. The car drives like a dream when you are cruising, and can be mistaken for an STi when you decide to turn a bit harder....not your mom's wagon of yesteryear
I have also done a full brake job on the car with high quality Raybestos pads, Centric rotors, full brake fluid flush with ATE Super Blue. I even replaced the front calipers with new ones as the lower pistons were not moving as they should. The car has beastly stopping power.
Tires are Dunlop Wintersport 3D's have 9/32nds on them, so no less than 20,000 miles of usable life remaining.
I recharged the A/C this year as well, blows super cold.
The car is close to flawless, and definitely falls into that rare 3% of cars that deserve the "excellent" rating from KBB.
If you are looking for a car which you wont have to worry about doing anything to, this is the one. It's comfortable but sporty, luxurious but no goudy, and of course has Subaru's Symmetrical All Wheel Drive, perfect for tackling ANYTHING Chicago can throw at you.
KBB on this car is $17,482! I'm asking far below that, so please don't lowball me any further.
