Selling the car due to my need for a larger car. I have receipts for most of the work that I've done on the car. Mechanically, it is in great condition. Cosmetically, it is in fair condition. The car will come with a second set of wheels with Hankook Ventus V12 tires that have approximately 20k miles on it. The current wheels on the car are the stockers with Blizzak WS70 snow tires with approximately 75% tread left.
Car has been a stage 2 car for the last 25k miles. Because I've switched from a FMIC to a TMIC, it is due for a retune. The retune I've already purchased, will come with the car as long as Dave (cryotune) doesn't have a problem with it.
Clear title, in hand.

-Car runs great. It is reliable, and has been properly maintained and never neglected. Once it gets retuned, it will run even better. It comes with a set of snow tires, which make the world of difference for winter driving performance. Yes, this is a stage 2 car, and has been "Spiritedly" driven, but it has been properly maintained and runs great. It is a very solid stage 2 setup IMO.
Cosmetically, this car is IMO in fair shape. I've tried to show this in the pictures. Please come look at the car in person, I will not be able to outline everything in this post, it will take up too much time.

-Fender liners need to be replaced along with undertray

-a few dings and small dent in the hood.
-Some chips in paint - tried to show in pictures.
-Some burn holes in the a pillar and one large one in the headliner.
-Stock wheels are pretty chewed up
-Car had the front rebuilt after it went off the road in a snow storm. No major damage, the hood was replaced, quarter panels repainted, and a headlight replaced. Because the front was resprayed, the color is slightly off front the second half of the car. It is You cannot see it in the pictures, but will be able to see it outside on a bright day.
Asking $10,900. I'm fully aware that the cosmetics and modifications are bringing the value of the car down. I feel that I have adjusted the price accordingly. Due to the low price of the car, I'm sure there will be plenty of inquiries, and I will try to get around to them as soon as I can. I can tell you that this car is ready to go for another 150,000 miles. I have an appointment at Motive Auto Works to finish the Extra S Tranny Fluid change, along with PS fluid and clutch fluid changes. Roof rack not included. This car is ready to go.
This car is not being listed anywhere but this forum. I have been a member here for more than 6 years, and I would like to see it go to another member at a fair price.
Please don't bother me with low-ball offers, I do not need fast cash
Thanks for looking,
