I installed my perrin header and downpipe, as was going to install my downpipe at the same time.

The previous owner welded a piece of pipe between the stock downpipe and the rest of the exhaust and deleted the flanges between. My welder is broke, and In my frustration I forgot to look. Is there another flange before the mufflers I can just remove that section and drive to a muffler shop with the aftermarket DP installed?

Yes you can drive the car with a open DP

The flanges are turbo to DP, DP to Mid Pipe, Mid Pipe to Y pipe, Y pipe to mufflers. If I remember right.
