Thanks to all who offered help advice.
I may have found the solution if you ever have the same problem.
I "Initialized" both phones on the Blue Tooth screen (Seems odd that you can initialize a phone that you never had and no longer exists anywhere in the universe)
That didn't seem to help at all....but after I shut the car off and started it again, I was able to "Delete" both phones...then re-connected my Motorola and it worked well....but the "Connect" Disconnect" issue remains.
I added my Z222 AT&T phone and it connected OK too.... it does not seem to have the "Connect" Disconnect" issue....
Hmmmmm..maybe the problem is in my Motorola....doesn't seem like it should have problems yet...it is only 10 years old after all
Aren't these things supposed to last forever???
Oh well....off to the phone store tomorrow
