05 LGTs Questions and concerns?

I've found a pair of lgts for sale somewhat near my house and I was wondering what your guy's thoughts are on em. What should I look for considering the mileage and engine wear? One has 92k one owner with a new oem turbo, clutch and 90k service priced at 11,000 from a private seller. The other has 79,000+ with a new 'softer clutch', i would assume one owner, new brakes and rotors. Second one doesn't have a price but it says he is selling it because he's getting a good price on a beamer.
