Clear Hose Behind Fender Liner?

Body guy didn't put my right fender liner back in, and I noticed this clear hose as I was checking my tires the other day. What the hell is it? Any help would be awesome!

Didn't even know our cars had one. So it's really not that important then? It a lil clogged.

Moonroof drain, there's one on each corner. Keep them clear or you'll get water in the car.

This is true, take some 91 iso-alcohol and run it down the tubes.

1.)very good solvent for nasty grime
2.)doesn't decompose the plastic tubing
3.)doesn't freeze!
