Anybody have any experience with this shop? Close to my house and wife has a VW so idea of one stop shop is appealing. Just wanted to see if anybody on here has used them for any services.

I've lived in this area and driven a Subaru for many years now, and I have never heard of them.

Take that for what it is worth.

I had Redmond Werkshop fix my GTI VR6 for me when I was in a pinch before. Fair rate for labor and happy with the communication I received throughout the process. Only other shop I would take the car to was Fine Tuning in Seattle but that's was PITA to get to.

FWIW, NASIOC SubieGal's significant other works there. He used to be a service advisor at Smart Service. He's a good guy. If my work place is still in Redmond, I'd take my cars there for regular work.

I have no experience with them, but the actuning link leads me to believe affiliated somehow. Those guys had good reputation in the audi crowd years and years ago but I've been out of that a long time.

achtuning has a really good rep and sponsors the audi track days. They always bring a wildly tuned gti to the track.
