external wastegate

Hi, I've got an 06 legacy gt limited with the hta68 turbo, up pipe, down pipe, front mount, etc.

I was wondering if someone could explain to me more about an external wastegate and suggest one to go with the turbo/set up I have.

grimmspeed up pipe with tial 38mm external wastegate is the usual combo.

I run a BNR 16g with grimmspeed up pipe with external Tial 38mm waste gate to open dump. Love it!!! Sound is awesome and my tune was built by Lance Lucas of Cobb so it works beautifully in combination with my grimmspeed ebcs.

I'll also be installing an EWG setup for my 18g this coming Spring and plan on being EFI tuned. Can't wait at all!!

BTW, I scored an EWG setup from NASIOC with a legitimately custom bunged UP + 38mm Tial for $215 shipped. Keep your eyes on NASIOC if you want to try and find a good deal.
