Intermittent Air Bag Light

So my boys and I took my wife's '11 outback out to camp this weekend. Leaving the house Friday the airbag light in the gauge cluster came on and the passenger side seat belt light next to the clock came on. (no one / nothing was sitting in the passenger seat)

I pulled off the road 5 miles away, shut the car off, started it up and it was gone.

Saturday it came on again and I couldn't clear it. Today it came on and I initially couldn't clear it. After an hour of driving I shut the car off and it did clear. It was to have the last two hours of my trip home w/o the dinger going off every 20 seconds...

It's never happened to me in my GT nor have I seen it mentioned here. Any known fixes before taking it into the dealer. It's out of warranty.

Thanks, I just searched the 5th gen portion of the forum before posting, missed that.

Mine did this today i got to work and parked came out round lunch to scan it and had no light but i had a code in airbag 29 ODS Failure i re zeroed the pass seat but more then likely ill he putting a seat bottom in
