Bumper question

Saw this on instagram and my jaw literally dropped. I know this is a a GC8 bumper with a 3 piece RS lip.

At least I think. Now. The hard part... getting it to fit my 99 Legacy GT wagon.

How would I even go about that? I would assume there would have to be some bumper beam cutting or something?

I doubt if anyone on this forum has tried that swap. Have you tried Nasioc?

I have not. I know there's one picture of a guy in Ireland who did a swap on a red Legacy.

Was hoping anyone here had any insight at all.... I could probably get an ebay GC8 bumper cover and try it out. I'll check NASIOC. Thanks!
